All of our products are custom-made to every customer with their specific designs, likes and dislikes therefore we have a No return policy. If there is a mistake or you are not satisfied with the product, Rox tactical guarantees the satisfaction of all our customers and with that in mind, we encourage you to use our customization and repair services that you are entitled to with every purchase. Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
